The title is "Fantastic Fungi" but yes - super amazing documentary, Dick. I loved how Paul Stamets used mushrooms to treat his mother's cancer.
Microdosing psilocybin seems to be popular these days and it would be great to see this all become more mainstream, perhaps after more research comes out on the correct approach, dosage, etc.
The great 20 year span of work by Dr Rolland Griffiths of John's Hopkins Uni found PTSD and consciousness itself is also greatly affected by chemical. Confirmed by 800 studies I believe he did.
You may enjoy Pat Pearsall’s free zoom meetings. Every Saturday at 5 pm ET we discuss consciousness, meditation, raising your frequency, CE5, siddhis and more. Pat donates her time as a free gift to humanity with no strings attached so people can share experiences, ask questions, find community, and grow spiritually. She will not ask you for money.

Wonderful news, Dick, just what the world needs to know!
And team that with Charles D. Nichols’ findings that the Serotonin 2A receptor, mediated by the Psilocybin mushroom, has anti-inflammatory effects, we might all have a laugh at the end of the day.

All I can contribute is my personal anecdote.
I've had stage 4 cancer for a while. Part of my treatments involve oral chemo, hormonal therapy, radiation and steroids.
Brain fog was a serious impediment to quality of life.
I micro dose, when the fog gets thick. It clears it for a bit.
I'll take it!

Well then, good for you for having some!! I intend to, before long, too (though this is the first glimmer I’ve heard of any anti-aging possibilities.
Re AI “intelligence,” I strongly recommend this landmark article that puts that notion to rest for good and insists that intelligence is organic (and intractably mysterious): https://thedispatch.com/article/artificial-intelligence-morality-honesty-pattern-engines/?utm_source=iterable&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=teaser_beacom_070925
Well we'll well. This is very interesting indeed!
